A recent study commissioned by The UPS Store and Mail Boxes Etc., a franchise network, revealed that 58% of those surveyed said that natural disasters have made them aware of this need.
21% of respondents said already started preparing, but only half of these people who indicated that they had taken steps to copy important documents.

The UPS Store franchisee Steve Spicer recommends that people make copies of important documents every year.
When tax payments, is a good time to inventory and make copies of documents. The company encourages consumers to bring important documents along with their tax returns. It only takes a few minutes and a few cents to duplicate each document.
