Customer is king, for sure. Without customers, what is the meaning of business, nothing. Privileges for customers is a must, without them every business will never achive the target market. Feels satisfied with a product or service will ensure the customer to come back and become a loyal customer. How customer satisfaction become the goal of a business analysis? This goal can be achieved by strengthen relationship with customers, provide a reciprocal relationship, a guarrantee of mutual benefit, and approach companies products or services to customers. Every business manager now have to reset their mind and priority into customer satisfaction as the number one priority.

On the other hand, receiving feedback from customers also important. In this case, every business analysts should encourage customers to give their feedback on products or services been used. Business analyst must catch and understand what the customers expectations, even when customers do not expect anything. The point is how business analyst can maintain customer satisfaction as the goal, for the big purpose of the succesfull business.
